Each job has specific physical and mental stressors, skills and experience requirements, and daily tasks that an employee must overcome. You, as an employer, can help your employees train for their position as an Industrial Athlete. That’s what makes your business unique.  Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are here to help you implement and maintain an efficient Workplace Wellness Program to save you money, keep your employees injury-free and performing their best and allow them to improve their health for lifelong wellness. We offer on-site trainings as well as regular classes at our clinic.

 
 

 
 

Fit For Life
Wednesdays 11:00-11:45

Specifically designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to meet the needs of those age 50 and up, this class will combine stretching, balance, band work, aerobics, and weight training for total body health! This class is open to those already active and the novice — Our instructors are experts at teaching technique and modifying each workout to fit your needs. We will be there to help you every step of the way. If you have a medical condition, such as diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, or take medications, we work with you to make sure you stay safe while getting the workout you need.

Body Balance
Mondays 11:00-11:45

Improve your balance, core strength, and mobility with our low-impact group class! Classes are instructed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and can be modified to fit your level.

Gentle Yoga
Saturdays 8:30-9:15am

A class designed to encourage slow and intentional movement in the body and attention to the breath. This class will offer limited weight-bearing on the joints (wrists, knees) and lots of options for modifications and accommodations. This class is currently on hold. Please contact us for return date.

Ascent
Online Home Program

Ascent is our 100% individualized movement and performance program. Whether you're someone wanting to exercise for the first time, get back into shape and lose weight, or change up your current workout routine, we will develop a home program specific to your activity level and goals. Prior to developing your program we will complete an initial consult via phone/videochat. You will receive a four-week program based on the findings from your initial consult. You will also have access to online video content and your coach for any questions. Renewal Ascent will include reassessment of goals, discussion of progress to date, and build upon the previous month’s program.
