We offer a variety of video movement analysis evaluations for high school athletes looking to improve technique, speed, agility, and jumping ability at collegiate camps, recruiting visits, and Elevate Performance combines. At Elevate Performance we understand the importance of testing well in the 40-Yard Dash, Pro Agility, and Vertical jump and their potential implications for accomplishing your goals of earning an athletic scholarship. Most athletes spend hours upon hours training to improve strength, muscle power, speed, agility, and jumping ability. However, most athletes overlook the importance of technique and how much a small change in technique can impact their performance. An improper starting stance, a false step, and poor mechanics can decrease power output costing you valuable time. We offer comprehensive slow-motion video analysis of 40 yard dash stance, acceleration phase, sprinting technique, jumping mechanics, and pro agility technique. Using state-of-the-art software we are able to critically analyze your technique and see any potential deficient movement patterns that could be negatively impacting your performance. Video analysis also gives us the ability to measure joint angles during specific phases of movement that have the greatest impact on your performance. With the use of these features we are able to provide training recommendations to help improve the speed, power, and efficiency of your movement!
Elevate Performance offers running analysis for competitive runners of all ages and abilities. Whether you are looking for performance enhancement to set a new personal record or just hoping to be able to return to running pain free, we can help! Our goal is to prevent running injuries, reduce pain experienced while running, and enhance running performance. Running analysis allows us to break down your movement frame by frame and see any abnormal movement patterns, asymmetries, muscle imbalances, and positions of risk that could be costing you valuable time or potentially causing you pain. After completing a comprehensive running analysis we provide you with individualized training recommendations and corrective exercises for both injury prevention and performance enhancement.

What you need to do:
Follow the steps to fill out form with running history/training patterns, and injury history
Record and submit requested videos once you receive email instructions from us (can be done using camcorder, phone, tablet)
Turn-around time for analysis is usually 3-4 business days after videos have been submitted.
