Video Running Analysis
Elevate Performance offers running analysis for both competitive and recreational runners of all ages and abilities. Whether you are looking for performance enhancement to set a new personal record or just hoping to be able to return to running pain free, we can help! Our goal is to prevent running injuries, reduce pain experienced while running, and enhance running performance. Running analysis allows us to break down your movement frame by frame and see any abnormal movement patterns, asymmetries, muscle imbalances, and positions of risk that could be costing you valuable time or potentially causing you pain. After completing a comprehensive running analysis we provide you with training recommendations and corrective exercises for both injury prevention and performance enhancement based on your results!
What you need to do:
Fill out form with running history/training patterns, and injury history
Record requested videos once you receive instructions from us via email (can be done using camcorder, phone, tablet)
Upload video clips to our Dropbox
Turn-around time for analysis is usually 3-4 business days after videos have been submitted to Dropbox.
