Online Home Program
Ascent is our 100% individualized movement and performance program. Whether you're someone wanting to exercise for the first time, get back into shape and lose weight, or change up your current workout routine, we will develop a home program specific to your activity level and goals. Prior to developing your program we will complete an initial consult via phone/videochat. Consults include:

You will receive a one month program based on the findings from your initial consult. You will also have access to online video content and your coach for any questions. Renewal Ascent will include reassessment of goals, discussion of progress to date, and build upon the previous month’s program.
