Do you want to run faster, jump higher, and be more explosive on the field or court for your upcoming sports season?  Are you trying to earn a spot on the varsity roster, crack the starting lineup, or have dreams of earning a college athletic scholarship? Elevate Performance’s Summer Athletic Enhancement Camps can help!

Our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists will help prepare your body and fine tune your skills for your upcoming sport season! Our summer camps are open to both boys & girls and focus on injury prevention & speed, agility, and jump training to increase your explosiveness on the playing field.  Come visit our new Sports Performance & Health Clinic with almost 1,000 square feet of turf and a variety of new equipment to help you continue moving, running, jumping, and throwing injury free this season! 

Injury Prevention & Sports Performance Camps

High School: $300
June 4 - July 25

M/W/F 6:30-7:30am
Our high school athletes will focus on power, speed, agility, and jump training as they prepare for the upcoming sports seasons! We emphasize proper movement techniques and injury prevention to keep them healthy on and off the field! Movement patterns they learn will help prevent injuries throughout life. Open to boys & girls, grades 9-12. Previous sports experience recommended, but not required. 

Middle School: $200
June 3 - July 26

Tu/Th 6:30-7:30am
Stay healthy and have fun in this camp! We build a strong movement foundation in this camp to decrease injury risk as the athlete is introduced to strength & agility. The skills learned at this level will set them up for success in play and sports. Open to boys & girls grades 6-8. Previous sports experience not required. 

Elite Football Training

Grades 7-12: $200
Tuesdays & Thursday 7:00-8:00pm
Improve your skills and take your game to the next level with this camp dedicated specifically to football players! Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting football, you will return to your team this Fall a better player! Learn both offense and defense techniques from our experienced staff, led by Dr. Britt Wickett, former Division II Southwest Minnesota State University wide receiver. At our Elite Football Training, you will develop strength, speed, agility, and power with drills specifically designed to improve on field performance. A wide variety of drills ranging from hand-eye coordination, to footwork and 1-on-1 competitions will be utilized to help athletes earn a varsity spot and work toward continuing their career at the collegiate level. Elite Football training is open to Quarterbacks, Running Backs, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, Linebackers, and Defensive Backs grades 7-12.

Mini Movers

Grades K-5: $75
May 28 - June 13

(K-2nd grade) M/W 3:30-4:00pm
(3rd-5th grade) Tu/Th 4:00-4:30pm
This camp introduces our young athletes to safe movement techniques, strength, balance, coordination! All sessions improve movement through obstacle courses, games, and having FUN with exercise!
