Elevate Performance’s Summer Athletic Enhancement Camps can help!

Our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists will help improve athletic ability and prepare your body for your upcoming season! Our summer camps are open to both Boys & Girls Athletes and focus on Injury Prevention and Strength, Speed, Agility, & Jump Training. Come visit our Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Clinic with nearly 1,000 square feet of turf and equipment to improve your performance on the field or court!

Injury Prevention & Sports Performance Camps
(8 Weeks)

$250
June 4 - July 25 (16 sessions)

Tu/Th 6:30-7:30am

High School Athletes will focus on Strength, Speed, Agility, and Jump Training 3 days per week as they prepare for the upcoming sports seasons! We emphasize proper movement techniques and injury prevention to keep our athletes healthy on and off the field! Jumping & Landing Video Movement Analysis included! Training will consist of: Upper & Lower Body Plyometric Training, Barbell & Dumbbell Resistance Training, Acceleration & Deceleration Training, Band Resisted & Assisted Running, Agility Ladder & Cone Drills, Core Stability, and Mobility Drills. Open to Boys & Girls, Grades 9-12. 

Pre & Post Testing: Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, Pro-Agility, L-Drill, 10 & 40 Yard Dash, Top Speed in MPH.

Middle School Athletes will focus on Speed, Agility, and Jump Training 2 days per week as they prepare for the upcoming sports seasons! Extra time will be spent teaching appropriate movement patterns and exercise technique for injury prevention and to provide a solid foundation for future athletic development. Jumping & Landing Video Movement Analysis included! Training will consist of: Upper & Lower Body Plyometric Training, Low Load Resistance Training, Acceleration & Deceleration Training, Agility Ladder & Cone Drills, Core Stability, and Mobility Drills. Open to Boys & Girls, Grades 6-8. 

Pre & Post Testing: Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, Pro-Agility, L-Drill, and 10 Yard Dash.

Mini Movers
(3 Weeks)

Grades K-5: $75
May 28 - June 13 (6 sessions)

Tu/Th 3:30-4:00pm
This camp introduces our young athletes to safe movement techniques, strength, balance, stability, and coordination! All sessions focus on challenging their skills through obstacle courses, games, and having FUN with exercise!
