Often, stretching and relaxation are forgotten in our busy lives, so take some time to focus on YOU! Keep your body and mind healthy with improved flexibility, blood flow, breathing, and less stress! 

Our Strength & Stretch class is for all ages and fitness levels! Whether you’re a dancer trying to nail the choreography, an athlete that works out regularly trying to improve strength and mobility, or an office worker that returns home from work stiff and sore from sitting at a desk all day, regular stretching and proper mobility are important to keep your muscles healthy. This class combines concepts from Yoga and Pilates to improve mobility and core strength!

In this 6-week class, you will learn a variety of techniques to improve flexibility and mobility for activities at home, work, school, and sports.

Our instructors adjust and modify the movements to meet the needs of each person. We will guide you through the exercises to relax your mind and body, allowing you to move more efficiently with less pain. Give your body a chance to recharge for the weekend!
