Level I: Speed, Agility, Jump
Our Level I Speed, Agility, Jump Training program is a 6 week home program designed for high school athletes looking to enhance their athletic performance entering the fall sports season. This program is a great addition to your normal lifting routine! It includes 3 workouts per week focused on enhancing power, speed, agility, and jumping ability. Program start date set at your convenience. You will also receive an Elevate Performance T-shirt, have access to online video content, and be in contact with Dr. Wickett as needed.
