Improve your balance to feel strong and confident to get out and do the things you love this winter!

Falls are the #1 cause of hip fractures and a common cause of traumatic brain injuries. Many falls resulting in injury can be prevented with strength & balance training!

To help you decrease risk of falling & injury, this 4 week class will help you improve:
-Total Body Strength

Classes will be taught by Doctor of Physical Therapy Rhianna Wickett. ALL ages & skill levels welcome! Exercises will be modified to fit your specific needs & skill levels. Class size limited. Be sure to register early!
